Dr Shashi Pandya is the founder and Director of Spinnovate Ltd, an innovation and sustainability consultancy supporting organisations across the chemical, materials, pharmaceutical and manufacturing sectors. She works at the interface of advanced materials, digital innovation and sustainability, helping clients translate complex scientific and data driven challenges into practical, scalable solutions.

Her work includes supporting the synthesis and characterisation of advanced materials and collaborating with cross functional teams to advance diagnostic and imaging technologies. She has a growing focus on the application of data, AI and digital tools to enable better decision making, improve process understanding and support the development of innovative products and platforms.
